Project Overview

Mingalar Villa’s expansive residential compound demanded a synchronized multi-point ELV infrastructure. We designed and installed widespread perimeter CCTV coverage, a high-capacity fiber backbone delivering high-speed WiFi across all sectors, gated security access control, compound-wide Public Address systems, MATV signaling, and streamlined parking entry controls. The setup delivers total control, high connectivity, and unified security monitoring across the township.
