Project Overview

Mingalar Tower required a state-of-the-art integrated infrastructure capable of managing high daily occupant traffic, commercial tenant requirements, and rigorous security standards. We engineered and deployed a comprehensive suite of ELV systems—including HD CCTV coverage, structured high-speed network cabling, enterprise WiFi, biometric access control, a centralized Public Address (PA) system, Master Antenna TV (MATV), and automated smart parking management. The consolidated system provides building operators with centralized control, enhanced safety compliance, and streamlined operations.
