Project Overview

Designed to elevate residential safety and convenience, Mingalar Condo features a robust, fully integrated ELV ecosystem. We implemented site-wide IP CCTV surveillance, seamless residential networking and fiber infrastructure, biometric/card access control at entry checkpoints, an integrated Public Address system for emergency messaging, centralized MATV distribution, and automated vehicle parking barriers. The solution ensures resident peace of mind while simplifying property management workflows.
